Role Responsibilities: Provide 1:1 or small group support for students with behavioural and emotional needs Support teaching staff in managing classroom behaviour and implementing behaviour plans Help create a positive and inclusive learning environment Use de-escalation and positive reinforcement techniques to support students' progress Build strong, trusting relationships with students, staff, and families Ideal Candidate Will Have: Experience working with children or young people with behavioural needs (in schools, youth work, or care settings) A calm, patient, and empathetic approach Confidence in managing challenging situations Teamwork and communication skills A valid enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply) Relevant training (e.g., Team Teach, MAPA, or similar) is a bonus but not essential
